Yep! 
I was using Flash for all the interactive bit's of the interface and then grasshopper+plugins to generate the geometry. The connection between the Flash and GH parts was established thought a .txt file. It was not super fast, but luckily I did not need real time synchronisation between the programs.

Needless to say it was only an offline solution.
