Image sampler + mesh vertex/srf. from points (only a couple of multiple possible options) + move...(other things here) + practice...

There is no short answer for that question Khater, normally the amazing things you see here are results of long and hard learning or research processes. Try to investigate about displacement concept apply to meshes, voronoi algorithm, and the use of image sampler component to extract data from images.

Thanks guys, @Michael I just saw the post and works with Qdrid and Dgrid it's more simplified, work's similar to isotrim. great post! the group's discussion in the week had good results!
