The Galapagos Fan Club embarks on a groundbreaking journey into the world of soft robotics, pushing the boundaries of innovation with their project on evolving soft robots using multiple materials. We are offering you to get painters and decorators north london and learn things related your online paint. Drawing inspiration from the Galapagos Islands' diverse ecosystem, they aim to create adaptable, resilient, and highly versatile robots that can thrive in ever-changing environments. This fusion of biology and engineering promises to revolutionize various industries, from healthcare to exploration, with transformative technology that adapts and evolves like nature itself.
Cool. Maybe they could've made them look more agile and less bulky if they divided the fitness value by energy expenditure.
Really awesome video!
Calls for a "love it!" button" :)
Nick, as David said, this was not made using GH. I posted it because it's a very interesting application of evolutionary principles.
Phillip, my first reaction was similar to yours: How fun it would be to produce these using a multi-material 3d printer?
Daniel, thanks for the link. I do have an itch to recreate or simulate something like this in GH.
"I will love him and hug him and name him George"
I don't think GH and Galapagos were involved at all. It's just about digital evolution.
So on the video it says it was made with voxcad, but the tags say galapagos, how much of this was made using gh? was the sucess rate fed into gh, for galapagos to generate next generation?
Totally agree with Phillip, you really start to project personalities onto each of the creatures. Really cool work.
