David,

That used to happen to me as well.  What ended up fixing this is waiting a bit after the video has been uploaded before posting the video here.  Maybe it might fix things.  One thing I did notice is that once the thumbnail is broken, there is not much that brings it back in Ning.

I did. YT gives me three options for thumbnail and I always pick the one I like best. If it is that it must have gotten broken recently as it definitely used to work.

Do you set there a custom thumbnail ? I did it once and it didn't work here...
