Dragonfly: Tour guide?

While this doesn't really solve the problem of how to have multiple agents interact with each other, it does get certain agents to follow a moving target: namely, another agent. The agents seem to have a bit of trouble staying with their guide as they go around sharp corners...The blue dot is the guide, and the red dots are the followers.
