Hi Matous, fascinating stuff, isn't it, have you looked into extracting 3D data from Chaoscope ?

Years ago I animated a couple of strange attractors by changing parameters and extracting still images in MATLAB, which was really interesting, like little galaxies colliding ...  

Another option is to build your own force fields by using the tools Daniel Piker is developing/exploring, I haven't looked into it myself but looks fascinating.

Fluid simulation programmes for animation also allow you to place attractors and other forces and let the whole thing interact.
