Box Snapping with Thermal Simulation
Box Snapping to create basic massing models. The speed of the Gumball allows for ease of use while the accuracy of the O-snap allows for a workable model for simulations such as daylighting and thermal analysis.

You can replace that "Objects By Selection" component plus timer with a single script that listens for Rhino selection events.
