The Mediterranean FabLab at Maker Faire Rome!

The Mediterranean FabLab waiting for you from 3 to 6 of October 2013 at Maker Faire Rome, the largest exhibition in the world dedicated to the innovation, creativity and enterprise. Follow us between exibhitors! We exhibit design objects in cardboard and we hold workshops and activities oriented towards makers and fans present at the faire.

At Piazzale Kennedy Palazzo dei Congressi you will also find our installation, Cocoon EVO, the pavilion in Etalbond of 600x600x320 cm composed of 360 hexagonal pieces, all different from each other. Cocoon EVO is the result of a research and experimentation undertaken by the Mediterranean FabLab in partnership with Co-de.it and the companyTekla srl. which has allowed the prototyping and production of the pavilion.

Friday, October the 4th, from 15:00 o’ clock, we will also be present at the “Techgarage – The business of making” the final stage of the Tour Barcamper Makers who crossed Europe and Italy in search of innovative business ideas in the field of Makers. Our project has been selected among the 10 best enterprise projects!At the Maker Faire we’ll present our idea in front of experts, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, journalists, bloggers, institutional representatives and academics.
