Hi, Ahmed.

As you can see, the logic is,

 type any text and gaussian blur in photoshop - import to GH(image sampler) - make a surface according to the image size - make a rectangular grid - rotate each grid cell using color brightness value and vertical axis(0~90 degree)-assign color to each cell using color gradient.

You can also project grid cell curve to XY plane and export to illustrator for post production.
