Puzzle to Contribute - Tall Structures Geometry Gym

Guys i made a simple tall structure. Now i wanna make a voronoi 3d structure for that but i need some help. If you have time to contribute this puzzle i would be glad.  As i said i could not make a 3d voronoi structure for this building. I searched for the tutorials and examples but nothing was helpful. So helping this puzzle with help me to learn how to do 3d voronoi's too. 

If voronoi 3d structure will take lots of efforts to apply this maybe you can help with only a 2d oriented voronoi facade?
