paramaetric deck floor on a truncated paraboloid

Can some one show me how to develop a parametric deck floor on GH.

I'm new to GH or about to start.

GH request is shown in Part 3 of attachment

used Mathcad14 on unsymmetrical domes to get started ,  but it has limitations

Need to produce architectural and production dwgs to build these unsym domes.

Ready to shift into Rhino/ GH but need some jump start
