Hope to learn a lot from the members here

I am a digital artist and animator. I use Autodesk 3ds Max for my animations. I join this kind of community because I believe that I will learn a lot from the other members here and from the community as well. I've been using Autodesk for 2 years now and I wanna shift to other softwares which has greater features than Autodesk can offer if there's one. Well, I have read so many research papers about software and other animation and rendering packages like grasshopper. I am interested with this kind of software and I think it is easier to use.
