Waffle Wall------

This grasshopper definition creates a wall of folding, interlocked ribbons. The pattern from the top resembles a
skewed waffle pattern. The input parameters are a base spline that defines the wall shape, length and curves; and a set of lines that define the look of the elevation heights. Sliders can control the depth of each side of the wall, the number of folds in the wall, the size of the tangent fastener plane, and the sharpness of the folds themselves (this to counteract curvature deviations).

III. DIGITAL DESIGN APPLICATIONS + SCRIPTING

The scripts below are used in three different modes, 1) created as a necessary tool for a specific Design Fugitive project, prototype or fabrication, 2) created to explore a specific theme, pattern or material, and 3) created as a basic tool set for teaching digital design and fabrication Workshops.

These scripts are written by members of Design Fugitives and are intended for academic purposes or Design Fugitive Digital & Fabrication Workshops. Some of them are works-in-progress; many exist in differing levels of completion and for vastly different purposes. Please credit Design Fugitives and/or the member(s) who created the script. Check back often as new scripts will
be added.
