As mentioned in my earlier post I tinkered up a little quadtree definition, which in fact became an octree definition. The main component 'OCTREE' delivers 3 output streams: 'final' represents all the boxes that are the result of the point-specific number of recursions. Today I did a little bit of rework on an older project which was about quadtree illustrations. I stumbled upon the cluster input/output in the params tab. Wonderful..clusters are exactly what I was waiting for. Not just because they tidy up the canvas but also prevent the geek in me from messing up the production schedule by parameterizing for hours, days or weeks. Clusters are somewhat final.
