Thank you Marc, I was thinking about asking some help, but because my knowledge of grasshopper is still very limited, I would like to squeeze my mind further, before giving up. I made a list of about 10 points of development and functionality, which can be reached and this little experiment has just achieved the first two, so not that much. One of the critical things is to relate the camera to the shapes, so that they are all parallel to the camera, like in sketchup. I will try to see if it is possible to connect the surface normals, to the camera position. Let's keep in touch then. Thank you for your help, which I guess will be soon needed.

Fair enough... I appreciate that you are attempting something other than a twisting tower. If you need any help with any of the goals you mention, I'm happy to help you, because this could be a really useful tool if refined.

You are right Marc, however, this is NOT a simulation software helping to study people flow dynamics. Arup and Happold and engineers in general, use complex software to predict where people go and I am not an engineering department, nor I have the knowledge to program that. This is purely a beginner's grasshopper exercise (either than creating another twisting tower) to see how to fill a space with cartoony Flatland 2 dimensional people, instead of putting them manually. To make the scene more realistic than a "being John Malkovich" board http://www.imdb.com/media/rm1816370176/tt0120601 , I know I need to place different people (still 2D Flatland style, otherwise it will take ages to render), placing attractor points, so that maybe there are concentration points in the 3D scenes, rotation of people in a sketchup mode, so that you always see the 2D face, but not a line, according to the camera position and maybe a little check so that there is no interference between people footprint area, represented by an ellipse. When I will be able to do all of that, I will not call myself a beginner anymore.

I could see this being helpful for quick study renders, but I have to say that a pseudo random placement of people is one of my biggest pet peeves in renderings. People just don't behave that way... if there was a way to incorporate flocking data, now that would be good. You would need to use a particle simulator like in Max or Maya...
