But I am not sure I understood you. Your chairs are placed sequentially and gradually one behind another with each one lowered of raised in height in comparison to the previous chair. So they always remain in the vertical position?
So where is the rotation of the chairs?

Those arrows are normal vectors of the base surface to make the chairs rotated to follow the slope. Because of chair shape, if they are arrayed in one direction, they don't touch each other in a certain slope. so those arrows decide the rotation angle of chairs.(0,90,180,270)
Than that makes the project even harder and better!

I didn't use kangaroo at all. Everything is done in plain GH.
Did you use kangaroo, or just plain GH code?
