This looks great and so is the project that FrankS linked to.

I worked on a way of generating corner pieces for structures that is optimised for printing on cheap 3d printers but I ended up having to make quite a few compromises so the structures would be possible to assemble! I'm currently looking at being able to 3d print moulds for cold pour polyurethane to make the corners.

Are your corner pieces here made from merging pipes at the corners?
