algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Having some more fun pushing this definition to breaking point.
Invested a bit more time into the creation of form this time. It is based on Voronoi component, but hopefully i modified/distorted it enough that you won't hold that against me.
Animation in comments below.
No rendering, no post-processing, images are grasshopper previews.

Very nice! I wonder what it would look like if some sort of minimal path system was appied to the initial line network before meshing... Think this could make the object more organic and voronoi less noticeable. Are you in a mood to give it a try?)
Great work!
Thanks Thomas, it was actually yourself and Ursula at Jordan that opened my eyes to meshes. Though i don't know what AO implementation means...
Very nice work Nick and thanks for the 'mesh color' tip.
Nice work Nick, good to see your progress. Hope i find soon some time for a AO implementation.
No wait! I found it, it was in the comments of one of my images. I suppose it not best place for public knowledge.

Vicente's render definition:
Thanks David. There was a conversation i was in a while ago about using grasshopper to render but i can't find it. But it was enlightening (pun intended) showing alternative ways to display meshes from gh.
I google searched it but 'grasshopper' and 'render' are pretty generic words.
Excellent...nice tip on the mesh light effect as well.
Dani: In time
JS: Magic! No plugin, its not actually glowing, its basically the colour of the mesh. The inner side of the mesh is white the outside is black. I like the effect.
