We processed the song with a Grasshopper structure, the Firefly and the KUKA|prc plugin. Then we milled the result in a turning MDF panel.

Higher the volume is, deeper the tool goes.

It is absolutely impossible to reverse the process, the path that is engraved in the panel is only linked to volume, and not to frequencies. And the result is approximate, since an industrial robot can't be accurate enough for this task.

very imressive - i wonder if it is possible to decode the sound again - with a kind of flintstone record player, do you think its possible?
