algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Comment
@Mateusz Thanks fo your answer. My question was purely of technical nature. I was not after a finished piece. I saw this
http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=voronoi+manhattan&um=1&ie=...
and I could not figure out what max norm means.
Angel, its not that bad, there is yet to be the inevitable : 'i have been trying to do this for ages, send me the definition' comment.
@Marios and Christos : I will release this voronoi stuff when I'll make it faster. It's now an O(n^2) algorithm, but probably it may be done in linear time. All we need is a proper 3d delaunay.
Lol!! Voroporn.. hehehe. Nice Angel!
@Mateusz don't you dare and release anything bud..
Hehehehe...What I said...man, you've opened pandora's box :P
Hello Mateusz,
Really interesting result!
I was wondering if you could give me some quick steps of the process or a screen-grab of the components?
Did you generate your own Voronoi diagram or used the standard component? How can one get these perpendicular lines on the x,y,z?
Architecturally, that could interestingly be translated in habitable flat floors!!!
Any guidance, highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Christos
voronoi black magic!!
btw, amazing work Mateusz! :)
New voroporn hit is here. New flavour, more fun :P Arch-schools, prepare your exposition halls :P
voronoi´s not dead!
