I know this is somewhat off topic but if I had a set of voronoi geometry how would I create a similar blended pipework look in grasshopper? I have tried searching the forum but am not entirely sure what to be searching for.

surface voronoi made using the wings3d manifold lab plugin. I am looking to create this kind of geometry using grasshopper. I am able to project voronoi geometry onto a surface however I have yet to find a way to do it on a cylindrical or toroidal surface such as this. Any help would be much appreciated
