algorithmic modeling for Rhino
iteration in GH in a separate context, meaning no invocation of the looped components on the canvas but in a separate invisible instance. reuse of the looped components possible, also an evolutionary optimization with galapagos or octopus works with the loop as part of the definition

That works amazingly!!! Thank you very much for sharing this awesome tool!
A WIP-version of the looping component used in octopus.E is now available as an explicit loop, with the same functions as Anemone, a bit less well to use but much faster [up to 1000 times due to internal calculation]:
beta version of the loop components available here
instead of anemone or hoopsnake, we have been developing an iteration scheme for gh over the last couple of years - which is less of a hack and does not violate gh's computation policies too much. in the end its also a lot faster than the other looping plug-ins. we further use it for distributed / cloud computing of the loops and evaluations, but this is still a beta.
great!
great
Seems fascinating, could you elaborate on what's happening here?
