Automated FoamDome #1 - Minimal bounding boxes optimisation

Preview of the optimisation process used for the fabrication of the Automated FoamDome project, 1/1 robotized foam shell. The final piece is 2.4*1.6*2.8m, 204 parts, each part is curved on 5 faces.

All the geometry, toolpaths and robot programming done in Grasshopper + Hal v0.02: total definition of 3200 components.
