It is a ZCorp ZPrinter 450, and I'll admit the photo colors are a bit more saturated than real life, but not by much.

Nick, you're right, I figured saying curvature would simplify the description, but I can update it.

Are you sure this is curvature, the analysis looks very inconsistent with form especially along rear edge. It looks more like you are representing how steep the mesh is, ie measuring mesh normal compared to z vector.
