Selkie bangle (ABS) definition

This is an old definition, but still interesting. It contains both a complete parametric description of a bangle design (including a parametrically variable rippled outer surface) AND all the tweaks and optimisations which were required to get it to print, in ABS, on a RepRapPro Huxley FDM printer without warping off the bed or requiring more than minimal cleaning up afterwards.
