Are you able to explain this in further depth Andrew?
wow... I LOVE it!
It almost looks like a paint done by coral paint...
I'm glad you like it!
The first step is an algorithm to produce a volume from random boxes (a custom C# script doing repetitive booleaning). All edges of the resulting Brep are extended (to produce the sketchy looking lines). The lines and Brep are then mapped from orthogonal space to a curved surface with FlowAlongSrf. I took the curved results and rendered them in V-ray, and produced some high-resolution rhino screen shots in various display modes and composited all those results in Photoshop with additional transformations and repeated overlays of the same content.
That's as much as I can tell you - it was really more of an intuitive, open ended process than a directed process with an end goal in mind.
Hi Andrew,
I like it! Could you pelase elaborate what are we looking at ?
Cheers
Evert
