Thanks for the link, I have never seen his work.
This technology has been applied to this festival before: http://www.goroda-fest.ru/2010_whitetown/chronicle.htm, http://www.goroda-fest.ru/2006_gorod-na-snegu/chronicle.htm.

It's a pity that the ice is sublimated with the fabric. And the object has time to dry before the onset of spring.
