Parametric tagliatelle

Again, this is a (one) developable surface that will unroll to a straight strip. The curvature is controlled by Sine and Cosine functions with a lot of sliders attached. The "shift list" component provides necessary distortion between "bend" and "twist" values. Otherwise, the curvature of the strip gets very repetitive, see example here.
