tanks for the nice comments!
If you want to obtain a similar strucure there are probably multiple
methods however, what i suggest is to model it as multiple b-rep
then modify them with the rhino cage command


once you have done that you can open grasshopper

(make sure you downloaded wavebird)

and use the following definition
for create the mesh
