Very nice David!
Great!
Hi Giulio...it's very good for making watertight models, although it is definitely dependent on getting the correct relationships set up between charge radius and sampling resolution. Also, there are some occasional artifacts that I find odd still...every now and again it seems to omit a face, or produce a non-manifold edge. But generally it creates clean and closed meshes. One possible problem is that depending on the input geometry, charge radii and iso values, it will create multiple discrete meshes...but yes, I definitely plan on doing some printing with it!
This might be really useful to make any (mesh) model watertight - think 3D printing.
Have you tried to use it with that purpose?
