By previously permission form Reza, (if you wanted to beat me up by Dampai - a flexible tool for punishment here in Iran and the same sandal like - then you're allowed ;) )

it shows us the algorithm of the image above, which made for controlling some parameters in construction, all about density of spaces to the height of the buildings is making the investors to just make a high dense for more profit. Para-tech here claim that the more height will coming through the more profit cana be true for every kinda projects. so here in this algorithm, they are providing a range of factors impact on construction's benefits, adapted to Low construction by High technology toward the fact of optimized the proportion of height to dense by fixing the rate of profits in more situation. thus, we will have an optimization for making investors construct more scientifically (if they understand actually :D )

Hi Mahdi,
I am also pretty much interested in this project too.
But to tell you the truth, I did not understand Reza's explanation on it. And I do not speak Farsi so I did not understand the last image neither.

actually was a great pace by the way. it seems to be a cost estimator (good spot to hit), if i get your cmnt true (which i adapted it to what you told before).

and here we have Names which we will get through to hear more by the time goes by!

and give us the best tower !
