hi Fede, you can search here:
https://dds.cr.usgs.gov/srtm/version2_1/SRTM3/South_America/
3 sec arc definition... there is also topographic data in 1sec arc definition but Içant find the link right now.
files are in NASA's JPL SRTM archive but I can't remember/find the link ...
