haha, that's funny, I had a class some time ago and we should model a sculpture by hand, in the end I got sth like an abstract rabbit. Afterwards we should scan it with a microscribe machine (which was that old and only worked under rhino 1.0^^) Then we had to remodel it and I also got the problems with this mesh. I tried different approachs and in the end I used WB and T-splines. It looks pretty the same like the original but the approach was not that effectiv like yours! It is far from yours!! really nice done Daniel!I like your work a lot!

Great Daniel! I'm very excited with your last improvements in vector fields and remeshing. How far are you from a remesh aligned with the principal curvatures of the  shape?
