Hello Will, this is a Photograph of OL Headquarters in Beijing, inaugurated this past August. The Schematic and Detail Design of the structure (leaves, stairs and roof dome) is done by Thornton Tomasetti, Construction Design by BIDRI in Beijing

Its silly that I have to ask this, but is this constructed? Or is this a rendering. Impressive structure.
