Sorry i was having some trouble making the example definition work. However i have now found a way to bend surfaces through some of my own trial and error - i was simply trying to run the simulation from the example file... posted by Daniel in the forum post that you linked to. Not sure why i couldn't get it to work but it seems that I have managed when building it from scratch with hinge force plus triangulated mesh. Thanks very much for getting back. Your work is inspiring stuff and im currently undertaking experiments in bending as part of my architecture diploma. Thanks!

Im struggling to get the bend surface definition to work. Can you advise what may be wrong. Is it something very simple? When i set the simulation reset to false the mesh disappears...
