Milled part before removal from the bed - we don't like holding freed parts (nose and eyes) with only one screw because of the danger of them rotating into the cutter path and presenting an unexpected 'full cut depth' obstacle in a path with feeds and speeds chosen for an incremental descent through the aluminum - but there was no problem.
