We used GIS data on the surrounding area of each site as an input to a series of grasshopper definitions that prepared multiple CNC mill paths and geometry for each site. The models are milled out of salvaged materials, and each model is on a steel stand that was individually folded to balance it over its center of gravity. Every street is positioned according to its actual slope and direction in San Francisco.
