Indus-trial Design+ Technology

Digital Fabrication towards performance and design.

Throughout the workshop, students introduced to the fields of industrial design and the newest tools and strategies which has always been popular in industries that require high accuracy modeling like jewelry, industrial design, automotive design and marine design.

With the development and affordability of CAD/CAM machines and processes, students realized the new markets emerged in the field of industrial design.
Students Explored computational techniques in the context of industrial design and did experiments with 3d studio MAX to investigate emergent properties and characteristics in computationally defined systems.

TaskThe task was to design and build:Responsive skin For jewelry design.Eco Form object such as furniture element.
