For those interested; this is the definition I used in combination with other definitions available here. Credit to Erick Katzenstein and his "Shrink Wrap with Kangaroo" definition

Essentially a lofting definition that orients and aligns section curves along curves with the radius affected by proximity to points.

I've developed a more advanced version of this definition but will not be releasing it at this time.
