There's an issue with loading plug-ins on 64 bit computers, some it works like 32 bit, others it doesn't (and I don't know yet what causes the problems on some).
Two things to try, Start Rhino, Start Grasshopper and run the rhino command GrasshopperDeveloperSettings. Untick the COFF loading and restart.
Reading your comment, maybe you already tried this? The other trick is to move the gha file as you have done. Do you have other plug-ins of mine installed? I would uninstall them and start with StructDrawRhino only. Then we can get others working. Feel free to email me or send messages and I will help you resolve this. COFF and moving the GHA file has resolved this issue for every other user thus far. Is StructDrawRhino loaded in Rhino (ie can you create a geodesic dome there?)
