David has improved the situation by introducing a new component to handle this action. You will find a Replace List component in version 0.8.0008 or later. Unless you have the show all Components option ticked it will be suppressed to the dropdown list only.
Also there a couple of other approaches you might like to know about.
I often create a new list of objects when using a transform component by incorporating "ZERO transformations" so that objects I don't want to transform but still be part of the list, this way they have the same path/data structure. By ZERO transformations I mean a vector of zero length when moving or a scale factor of 1 when scaling.
The last method is the Pick N Choose component that allows you to select from more than one list which Items you want to include. Note each list must be of the same length.
