I want to make mesh in each vornoi cell
but It create this lines not Square grid as usual in other surfaces .... I attached the file

I guess the next question would be what do you want to do after this?  If you're just looking for a grid of curves within each voronoi cell, it would be easier to do something like this:

If you're going to want to use these curves to build something else though, your general approach can get pretty complicated quickly.  Voronoi cells just don't really play well with quad meshes, which is what it looks like you're trying to get.  Around the edges, you're always going to have little triangulated bits.  Where are you looking to go with this?
