Slingshot Reading Excel

Hi, I'm trying to use the Slingshot from the updated installer (64bit) to read an excel file (.xlsx). I'm also using Office 2016 64bit. But I got errors like these: 

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Slingshot.GHRDBFILE_Query.SolveInstance(IGH_DataAccess DA)

I've tried installing both Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 64 bit and 32 bit (with "/passive" parameter), but the error message still persists. Has anyone else met this problem and solved this?
