Slingshot error

I apologize if this has been answered before, but I cannot seem to fix this error when creating  genome database and using the MySql Command component. I keep getting the runtime error: 

1. Solution exception:Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data, Version=6.5.4.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Is there a problem with my MySql connector version? Also, I don't know that I've installed Slingshot correctly with the three .dll files it comes with. Where do I extract them to and how do I install those files?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for all your work.
