how to recovered the mouvement of the head in vector ? with the speed and the position

Hello I think I said pretty much everything in the title. I just want to know how I can recover the movement of the head. I want to send in on a robot arm so I to send not a Gcode but more like coordinate and speed. do you have some clues of how to do that ? thanks
