I plan to look at that. Even more since the grass extension became available to Rhino. I hope there is a way to get particles and hair to work too.
Meanwhile you can use animation tools like centipede or Giulio's renderAnimation. Just make sure you have checked the "auto rename" feature in the SceneManager.
many thanks - sounds great! Giulios tool is good ... but it always starts the complete render process - i would like to have only a series of mxs files that can then be batch rendered at a later point
Any updates on this process? Did you figure out a way to export a series of .mxs files?
