efficiently packing various objects into a complex container

Hi Yannis and Pakrat Discussion Community,

I am a sculptor seeking help to pack 3D models of fruit into a container that is the shape of a hand with the aim of 3D milling it as a foam form and casting it in bronze. I've tried various methods that haven't worked well and I’d like to using packrat Packrat to pack the fruits as efficiently as possible so that the form has no large spaces between fruits as this would make casting very difficult. Is this possible with Packrat? I'd be grateful for advice for how to best utilize Pakrat to do this.
