algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Does anybody have experience with restaurant acoustics in terms of the "Acoustic capacity" described in the paper of J. H. Rindel?

Any insight would be apreciated.

Hi Arthur
thanks for replying.
We are planing a big restaurant with 380 seats for a skiing destination.
The floor area is about 675m2 and the volume 4600m3.
The average reverbration time with the current materialisation is about 2.4s.
(Materialisation orients mostly on optical aestetics aspects so far)
Using the equations of Rindel the acoustic capacity of the room is about 95 persons. (T80 120persons)
The calculated SNR with 380 people is -8.3 dB.
Do you have experience how these values behave in reality?
Thanks for any advice.
