Hi,

Thanks for the great PlugInn.

By looking for - "How I can animate a clipping Plane in Rhino - GH", I saw the component Slicer in the cool PlugInn Nudibranch.

So my Question to you guys - How would you than "bake" render the animated clipping PLane out of Grasshopper?-

Is there a way ? or is there a way to exchange the input "Timer some how with an animated slider ?

Thank You.

Cheers.

Leonie

@Qiran:

Hi Qiran,

Apologies for the late reply. I think I saw the email whilst drunk so I forgot to answer.

 For the climber component, the drainage path reflects the path generated when the increment angele input is set to 0.00. Then the paarticle will look for the closest lower point and move its-self there.

As for the curve hiking component. The particle in this case is trying to get to the destination point in a straight line, but in increments. Depending on the complexity of the terrain this might or might not be the shortest root. So, it is not safe to assume that.

Hope these comments have been of help to you.

Have a nice day.

M.

Thanks for this great plug in,

I have a question, such as the climber and the curvehiking, does all the point follow the shortest path to the target? Furthurmore, if you just use the "climber" on a surfaces, is the path the same as the drainage path ?

Thanks,
