Using 3D Curves as Input for Topos

Since no one has posted a solution, here is a simple method of using 3D curves as input for those who used Google Earth and contour lines as a source.  The start points of curves are found, the Z-value determined, and these values create the domain for reparameterization.  Note that a flat version of the curves need to be made so that the final curves are moved to the proper position.  Also keep in mind that the curves need to fit the model footprint before referencing them.
